Most of employees in Asian isn’t use they annual holiday to
go to vacation, while European are always short of annual holiday. According to
the newest research of Expedia.com, employees in America and Asia – Pacific are
“diligent bees” because they’re not use all of their annual holiday to go to
vacation
Asian said, they’re always work on their annual holiday. Each
year, they have 19 days of annual holiday, but on an average, they just use 14
days. Last year, Thailand’s people just have 11 days off but they just used 10
days, while Korean’s employees just used 50% of holiday to go to vacation
though company still pay salary on they annual vacation.
American people each year have 15 days off, but they just used
14 days in 2014. In 2013, days off was fewer. 19% people was asked had blamed
for scheduce of work, 18% said that they want to save for next year’s vacation.
18% thinked that financial are not allowed and 16% said that they can’t find
some suitable time.
Arab Saudi’s people is very fortunate because they have 30 days
off.
In European, the people have more chance to go to vacation than
people who live in another continent. They have 28 day offs each year. In
France, Spain, Denmark, Germany, days off are 30 days and people used all of
it. 75% England’s people said that they think 26 days is not enough.
This research is conducted with 7.800 people in 24 nations in
order to find difference in using annual holiday of people in the world.
